As we open our 27th season join us in 1879 London in the prestigious Explorers Club, which is in crisis! The acting president wants to admit a woman, their bartender is terrible, and England is declaring war on a new found country! True, this female candidate is brilliant, beautiful, and has discovered a legendary Lost City, but the decision to let in a woman could shake the very foundation of the British Empire. Grab your safety goggles for some very mad science involving deadly cobras, irate Irishmen and the occasional airship in this madcap comedy. ORANGE COUNTY PREMIER!
The Director, Gary McCarver, is assembling an accomplished cast to portray the members of this club, each of whom has a particular and peculiar obsession or eccentricity bound to bring you to laughter. The Explorers Club is written by Nell Benjamin who co-wrote music/lyrics for Legally Blonde The Musical.
